Algorithm for numerical integration on an infinite interval in problems of propagation of electromagnetic pulses

This article focuses on the development of methods for computing the values of improper integrals numerically. The article explores the application of this method in calculating the propagation of electromagnetic pulses in a homogeneous absorbing medium. The new technique addresses problems of determining the limits of integration and calculating the variable increment. The article presents a stepwise algorithm implemented in special software, which screenshot illustrates the calculations.
