An algorithm of assessment of compliance of IT-strategy and business strategy of network retail is presented in the article. The relevance of this topic is determined by the increasing influence of the use of information technologies in network retail due to the active digitalization of the trade, the development of the process approach to management, and the opportunities for improvement and efficiency of the activities offered by today's economic and IT environment. The role of the IT strategy of network retail are described, an algorithm for assessing its compliance with business strategy is developed in the course of research. All stages of this algorithm were presented and described. The results of the study can be applied in practice to existing and planned to open network trading companies, as well as aimed at developing innovative methods for managing IT strategies of network trading companies.
