Algorithm of medical assistance rendering for patients with combined mental and somatic pathology

In the article many-year work experience in organizing the specialized psychiatric assistance in conditions of a territorial primary care unit has been summarized. Algorithm of medical assistance rendering for patients with combined mental and somatic pathology has been presented. Basic nosological groups of patients have been distinguished with background for each one of gradual rendering of some forms and methods of the therapy. Structural model of specialized psychiatric assistance for patients in general health care network has been presented. General functions of this service have been based.
