Internal control system construction algorithm in the holding management structure

The article presents the algorithm of actions to construct internal control system in a company with the holding management structure. Features of the holding control system are compared with control system of individual enterprises, and the author identifies the most important factors which influence on the internal control system and circumstances for the effective and quality system establishment.
