The organization digital HR product algorithm

The article is devoted to the problem of digitalization of personnel processes in the organization. The author provides an algorithm for developing a digital HR product. The necessity of the initial analysis of the personnel functions of the organization, the capabilities and needs of the organization in digitalizing HR is indicated.
