Algorithm of development of organizational culture in the process of organization management

In the article the authors consider the concept of organizational culture in the process of organization management. Affirming that the development and adaptation of organizational culture should be consistent with the new goals and objectives of the organization. The algorithm of changes of organizational culture promoting increase of competitiveness of the organization, its free development and fast adaptation to changing conditions of the external and internal environment is offered.
