This article discusses aspects of consumer segmentation that allow you to choose the most suitable model for its implementation and provides an understanding of which variables need to be analyzed, as well as summarizes the models available in the literature for identifying consumer groups, discusses the conditions of use, advantages and disadvantages of each. The result of this chapter is the methodology of consumer segmentation developed by the author.
