Algorithm for improving business processes in the logistics system of a small enterprise

Timely improvement of business processes in the logistics system will allow an enterprise in any field of activity: to reduce prices for the end user, shorten the customer service cycle, stabilize or improve the company's financial performance, as well as increase the overall level of customer satisfaction. At the same time, the current methodological and theoretical toolkit for regulation and subsequent improvement of business processes may not be available to small enterprises due to the complexity of use, which means there is a need for its adaptation. The article developed a generalized mechanism for self-improvement of business processes by the management personnel of a small enterprise, as well as structured information, infrastructural and labor resources that are necessary for its full implementation.
