Algorithmization of the professional competence improvement of geography teachers by means of the electronic educational resources

The article discusses the sequence of professional competence improvement of geography teachers by means of new resources. The author reveals the three components of ICT-competence that are correlated with the three consecutive stages of the professional competence improvement. The steps of the algorithms for the formation of each component are spelled out; the ways of interactive learning and network interaction for improvement of the professional competence are considered.
