Algorithms of the cultural policy of the Russian civilization

The cultural policy is an integral part of the development of Russia as a local independent civilization. A civilizational approach to the development of culture in Russia qualitatively alters the regard of these processes and enables scenarios of their development. The proposed analysis may generate the development of three scenarios: progressive, retrogressive and stagnating. The author examines the development of these scenarios in the cultural policy of the Russian civilization in the post-Soviet period.
