Alimony obligations

The article reveals the essence of alimony obligations, their types in accordance with the Family Code of the Russian Federation. The amount and method of payment of alimony are considered, depending on the availability of official employment of the person who is subject to the obligation to pay alimony, as well as factors that determine the financial and marital status of the subject of law. The procedure for paying alimony in the presence of a voluntary agreement or within the framework of a court process is disclosed, and court practice regarding the fulfillment of alimony obligations is given.
