Alimony obligations in modern Russia

The author considers the general concepts of alimony obligations, their necessity on the territory of the Russian state. The article analyzes the practice of applying alimony obligations, existing conflicts and gaps in family law in Russia. The author suggests ways to improve alimony legislation. It is noted that it is necessary to create an alimony fund, as well as to eliminate the declarative ineffective nature of alimony obligations. The author notes that the state does not use all methods of searching for defaulters.
