Alcohol mortality in Trans-Baykal krai (the analysis of official data)

The article presents the analysis of official mortality from alcohol in the Trans-Baykal Krai for 2005-2013 years. It amounted to 5,9 % of the total mortality. The calculations demonstrate a clear decrease in mortality from alcohol 2,4 times for nine years, which occurred at the expense of reducing the number of alcohol poisoning and deaths due to alcoholic cardiomyopathy. The data obtained show an improvement of the alcohol situation.
