Allele poly-morphism of kappa-casein (CSN3) gene in cows of Tatarstan type of Kholmogor breed

Kholmogor breed cows of Tatarstan type genotypes on kappa-casein gene locus at agro-industrial complex named by Lenin was defined. PCR-PDRF methods of cows blood analysis showed 3 genotypes such as AA,AB,BB with the following percentage 55,3:40,4:4,3 accordingly. Allele frequency distribution was the following: A allele was 0,78, B allele-0,22.The correlation between various genotypes of CSN3 gene and qualitative milk content and also between milk productivity was established.
