In this article the importance of studying the character of development and consequences of allergic reactions in human and animal organisms is considered. The mechanism of allergy development is described. The classification of four types of reactions of immune hypersensitivity by the Gell and Coombs is mentioned. The typical signs and the mechanism of the first type of allergic reactions emergency and development are described in details. The functions and features each component of the immune reaction are considered: histamine, chymases, tryptases, eicosanoids, and allergens. The term “atopy” is given. The special attention is paid to the clinical examples of anaphylactic shock. The main forms of shock, such as hemodynamic, asphyxic, abdominal, cardiac, cerebral are mentioned. Clinical cases and course of the main types of anaphylactic shock: mild, medium and hard are pointed out. Possible complications entailed by the anaphylactic shock are described. Two possible types of complications from anaphylactic shock directly and therapy complications are described. The main reasons for the fatal issue due to the anaphylactic shock are pointed out. The importance of fast and timely assistance during this state is mentioned. The complex of urgent actions aimed at liquidation the anaphylactic shock complications are described. The pathology of urticaria, its symptoms and therapies are described. Too basic forms of this pathological process: severe and chronic forms are mentioned. The main differences of this urticaria types are defined. It is considered that the timely assistance, diagnostics and therapy can prevent and eliminate not only the fatal issue but they can also prevent the consequences too.
