The article provides an epidemiology, description of most common allergy skin diseases in surgical patients. The presence of allergic skin diseases complicates treatment options of surgical patients. In these circumstances the comprehensive treatment with close cooperation between dermatologists and surgeons on pre-hospital,hospital and post- hospital stages is recommended.
