Alternativeness to mediation as a procedure for resolution of a corporate disputes - pluses and minuses

The article deals with the main regulatory framework used in the mediation procedure in the Russian modern law, as well as identifying the pros and cons of mediation in corporate disputes. As a result, it is determined that the regulatory framework governing the mediation procedure indicates and regulates the basic conditions required for such procedures, but does not go further in terms of structuring and regulation. Based on this, the author provides arguments confirming the demand for mediation today, as well as its relevance in the future.
