An effective way to learn foreign languages

During the Revival of the new epoch of stable state, each of the reforms implemented in the country is based on the President's concern for people. Generation education is one of the priority directions of the state policy and aims to ensure our successful future. In order to create a generation that embodies the highest values of humanity, it is the main task to provide education in the national spirit at the world level, and to raise mentally and physically healthy generations.

Under the wise leadership of the honorable President, the fundamental reforms carried out to improve the quality and quantity of education in all systems of the economy and life of our country are aimed at achieving a high level of education of the youth.

The education system of the country is constantly being improved; a digital education system based on modern technologies has been put into use. Thus, based on the strategy of ensuring the high efficiency of the development of this system, the experience of the developed countries of the world is studied, and the introduction of it into the education system of our country, and creative work in educating young people is established.

Wide reference to the rich experiences of the world's leading higher education institutions and research centers plays an important role in ensuring the compliance of education with international standards. Developing the education system in Turkmenistan on a phased basis is one of the priorities of the state policy, and specific activities are being implemented in this area.

The expansion of international relations, the introduction of the world's achievements into the country's economy, science and education system, led to a further increase in professional requirements for graduates of higher education institutions. Therefore, when teaching foreign languages, it is natural to develop methods and methods that take into account the future skills of students. In order for foreign language learning to be successful, it is essential that the students' educational foundation is firmly established in high school. In this way, students will have a solid foundation for communicating more freely when dealing with professional topics. This foundation leads to a high level of students' language knowledge and ability to work independently.

Being able to communicate in foreign languages and having the ability to work independently is a prerequisite for being good at your major. In other words, mastering a foreign language at the level of being able to serve one's profession is one of the main requirements of the modern society for young professionals. Therefore, vocationally oriented foreign language teaching is a key requirement for students to use their acquired knowledge in a professional environment.

First of all, we would like to emphasize that the key to students' success in learning foreign languages is their passion for reading and learning. Therefore, the first task of foreign language teachers is to create students' enthusiasm for learning and confidence in their own abilities. Only when this is done (reading as its primary purpose) can the purpose of communicating as a foreign language specialist, teaching foreign language literature in one's specialty, and acquiring the necessary information be achieved.

The concept of the formation of the ability to use a foreign language is the training of students to correctly use lexical and phraseological units, phrases and sentence standards that are encountered daily within the scope of topics included in the curriculum. The formation of such a skill means learning the phonetic, lexical, morphological and syntactic systems of the studied language and using the language resources.

The content of modern Russian language classes and the methodology of its teaching are constantly improving, and new opportunities are opening up for students and teachers. Education workers are given ample opportunities to choose teaching methods, teaching methods, dictionaries, textbooks, and method guides according to their skills and abilities.

While most of the teaching methods are traditional, some are new methods that have been developed by the teachers. It's clear that the main goal of the course is to get results, but how to get those results is always the focus.

The foreign language left number has unique features to achieve the goal of Russian language lessons. For example, in the higher education system, relevant work is being carried out in the field of modernizing the methodology of teaching the Russian language, expressing personal teaching ideas and improving existing methods in this field. Russian language to students. One of the most complex problems related to the methodology of teaching Russian language is to firstly teach its lexical units from the meaning relationships and meaning structures, and gradually move to teaching grammatical concepts in harmony with it.

Teachers must maintain a coherent relationship with other parts of linguistics when teaching word meaning and grammatical concepts (for future sentence construction). They are:

• -    From teaching relevant (related to the studied topic) grammatical concepts;

• -    Working with a specific target text;

• -    Text-based dictionary interpretation;

• -    It consists in achieving a solid memorization of what has been learned.

When a new topic is covered, the teacher should use the time allocated to the lesson compactly and systematically to explain the information. In teaching Russian in higher education, the teacher has opportunities to find new teaching methods, to refine those methods in order to effectively use them in his work, to refine those methods in order to use them effectively in his work. One more thing should be noted that these methods can be used not only in Russian language lessons, but also as a new and effective method of teaching any foreign language.
