Analytical diagnostics of probability of bankruptcy on the example of JSC "Irkutsk seeds"

Since at present any organization may face the problem of unstable financial condition, insolvency, bankruptcy, it is necessary to carry out analytical diagnostics of the probability of bankruptcy and to develop anti-crisis policy of enterprise management. The article reveals the concept of "bankruptcy". To assess the probability of bankruptcy risk, a number of methods for diagnosing bankruptcy of Irkutsk seeds CJSC are used, as well as measures to reduce the risk of bankruptcy are being developed.
