Analytical model of the economic development of the defense industry in the processes of its modernization and digital reindustrialization

The problem of synthesis of an analytical model describing the dynamics of the evolutionary transformation of the military-industrial complex (MIC) in the processes of its modernization and digital rein-dustrialization is considered. The MIC is positioned as an integral economic object of development, the internal structure of which is formed by three main macro-level State corporations, which include micro- and meso-level economic entities of the Russia. The mechanisms of modernization and digital reindustrialization of the MIC are described and an analytical model of its economic development is proposed, the central place in which is given to the transformation of the technological structure of the MIC and the infrastructural content of the transformation stages based on a sovereign stack of end-to-end digital technologies. The model includes a set of current andfuture economic states of the MIC, defined by the classes Industry 3.0, Industry 3.0+ and Industry 4.0, and determines the pattern in the sequence of changing states of the defense industry, formed in the institutional conditions of digitalization of the Russia economy.
