The article shows the relationship between the probability of events and winning when analyzing competitors. Events are any actions aimed at winning the competition between enterprises. The gain in this case is the economic effect of implementing the most successful competitive strategy. The problem of competition can be attributed to the class of conflict problems that are solved in a close combination of game theory, management decision theory and statistical data analysis. If we show the relationship between the probability of an event and a win, then we can say, at least, an estimate of the expectation of a win with a certain probability in advance. That will ultimately allow you to make the optimal management decision.
