An analytical method for substantiating the structure and characteristics of automated vehicle repair facilities

In order to increase efficiency by reducing labor costs, automation tools are currently being intensively introduced into the technological process of vehicle maintenance and repair. In this regard, an analytical method is proposed that allows, based on the developed cost dependencies, to substantiate the structure and characteristics of automated vehicle repair facilities. A sequence of cost estimates for the creation and operation of automated vehicle repair facilities, direct search methods, taking into account the dimension of the task, the type of objective function and constraint functions based on the Hook-Jeeves method, modified to account for constraints, has been developed.
