The analytical approach to economical effectiveness of decision making estimation on the example of simplified hierarchical model of the Russian Federation civil protection from the emergencies

Based on T. Saaty’s Analytical Hierarchical Process, a new analytical approach to Economical Effectiveness of Decision Making Estimation is offered. As an example, the simplified hierarchical models that realize decomposition and aggregation principle are used. The flexibility of the described approach allows applying it in complex tasks of decision making on the civil protection of the Russian Federation from emergencies.
