The analysis of folidosis asymmetry of Bashkirov steppe viper (Vipera (pelias) Renardi bashkirovi, Garanin et al. 2004) from nature reserve «Spassky»

The statistical analysis by eight signs of steppe viper pholidosis was made. Most of selected features can be used for the integrated assessment of the asymmetry, except the number of periocular and postorbital plates. There is high proportion of individuals with pholidosis asymmetry in the sample taken from nature reserve «Spassky». There are no statistically significant gender and age differences in the value of the asymmetry.
