The article considers the main indicators characterizing the structure of the assortment of sales of the organization under study, which is engaged in the production of reinforced concrete products. The competitiveness of the organization under study was assessed. The problem of the lack of optimization of the assortment program is highlighted. Using the methods of economic analysis, an ABC-analysis, an XYZ-analysis, and a combined analysis of the main types of products were carried out. As a result of the analysis, ways to improve and optimize the assortment of sales were developed.
