The process of effective milk production is dynamically pulling animal husbandry away from their natural habitat, creating large complexes for the production of milk and meat, and concentrating large amounts of animals in limited areas. The high productivity of animals is inextricably linked with the activation of the performance of all organs and systems of their body. At same time, the level of metabolic activity in some animals is so high that it leads to a sharp decrease in the resistance of their body. A systematic study of the blood of different animals gives an idea of their medical conditions. The necessity for a study on the biochemical parameters of the blood of cattle is accounted for by a timely detection of metabolic disorders which might lead to a decrease in their productivity. Given that milk production is one of main directions in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Tatarstan Republic, the purpose the present research was a screening of the milch population of cattle in 7 districts of the Tatarstan Republic in order to identify imbalance in their diets as regards organic and mineral substances, which might lead to further metabolic disorders, and - as a result - reduce their productivity...
