The production enterprise business-processes analysis to corporative information system introduction with the purpose of increasing management efficiency and quality

The work touches the analysis of the production enterprise basic processes and the management of those processes. It is offered a methodical approach to show different groups of business-processes cross-coupling in IDEF0 diagrams. A purpose of analysis is to increase management quality and effi ciency as a result of corporative ERP/CRM system introduction.
