Analysis of the budget of the city of Kyzyl for 2016-2018 years

The budget process of a municipality is the activity of local governments and other participants in the budget process to formulate a draft budget, review it, approve and execute it, and also monitor budget execution. The article presents the stages of the budget process, the procedure for the formation of the local budget. The analysis of the main indicators of the budget on the example of the city of Kyzyl for 2016-2018 is presented: the amount of income, the composition and structure of tax and non-tax revenues, as well as gratuitous revenues in the structure of the revenue part. The volume, composition and structure of expenditures of the city budget, the budget deficit for 2016-2018 are analyzed.
