Бесплатный доступ

The article contains an analysis of the pricing of the housing stock in the regions of Russia. The main objective of the study is to determine how much the final price per square meter of living space is more expensive than the average cost. Having calculated the share of the markup on the cost of apartments, we can conclude about its nature. This indicator will be useful for developers who commission primary housing in order to determine the most favorable area for construction. From the point of view of potential buyers, it is interesting to understand the dependence of the markup on the level of per capita income of the population. Thus, another task of the article is to determine the level of objectivity of pricing, when the offer is able to attract competitive demand. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion will be made to what extent the nature of the markup correlates with the standard of living of the population in the context of the constituent entities of Russia.
