Analysis of private and public easement on the Land Code of the Russian Federation

At present, Russian legislation on easements is at the stage of reform. The emerging diverse legal practice on many issues in the field of establishment of private land easements needs scientifically sound recommendations, uniform interpretation and application of the norms of civil and land legislation. The article deals with the conditions of validity of the agreement on the establishment of easement, analyzes the establishment of private land easement in court, defines the features of the state registration of private land easement.
