Comparative analysis of frequency of lymphocytes, bearing mutations at T-cell receptor locus (TCR), in patients with colorectal cancers was conducted. Frequency of mutant cells in patients prior to the treatment was significantly higher than that in control healthy persons (p=0.02). It was shown that 24% of patients before the treatment had increased level of mutant cells, it is comparable with the level in patients bearing malignant tumors of other localizations. No association of mutant cells frequency with stage of the disease and the localization of the primary tumor was found. The increased level of TCR-mutant lymphocytes in some patients with colorectal cancer before the treatment is supposed to be considered as prognostic marker of colorectal cancer risk.
