Human resources analysis of higher education spheres of Kyrgyzstan at the present stage of development

In this article the problems of human resources development in the sphere of higher education of Kyrgyzstan are analyzed. There have been studied the trends in the human resources development in recent years by analyzing the dynamics of changes in the number of teaching staff, universities and the number of students. Also, the main problems of the human resources development, such as the pedagogical workload distribution, the condition of infrastructure for the lecture and seminar classes, and etc. have been examined in the system of higher education in modern conditions.
