Analysis of activity of the customs service in the sphere of foreign exchange regulation and control

The article considers the Federal Customs service of Russia as a currency control body. Analyzed the activities of the FCS to combat violations of currency legislation. The main types of violations of currency legislation are revealed. Measures to prevent violations of currency legislation are considered.
