Analysis of the demographic situation in the Russian Federation

The article presents an analysis of official data reflecting the current situation of demography in the country. Key demographic trends have been identified, such as a decrease in the birth rate, an increase in mortality, changes in the population structure by age and other factors affecting the demographic situation in the country. Based on this, it is concluded that there is a demographic crisis in Russia, which requires attention and urgent measures to develop and implement effective strategies to maintain and strengthen the country’s demographic potential.
