Analysis of the dynamics of investment in real estate in Russia for 2008-2015

The article considers the analysis of the dynamics of changes in the size of investment in real estate in Russia for 2008-2015. With the help of statistical methods of analyzing the series of dynamics, a development trend has been revealed. Also an attempt to link the dynamics of oil prices with changes in the size of investment in real estate. Expected calculations were made - extrapolation of the dynamics of investment in real estate in Russia.
