Analysis of dynamics of indicators of demographic components of the state of human capital of the Rostov region

The article presents the results of an analysis of the dynamics of indicators of human capital in the Rostov region. They are combined into a demographic component. This component reflects the physical basis for the accumulation of human capital as a stock variable of the economy.
