Analysis of the cultural resources indicators dynamics and the consumer environment of cultural production in the region

The article considers the system of indicators for assessing the development of thecultural sphere of a particular region on the example of St. Petersburg - a city offederal significance. The article analyzes the dynamics of the main quantitativeand qualitative indicators of cultural production in St. Petersburg for the period 2017-2020 by enlarged groups: heritage, art, the image of the region, education. It analyzes the reasons for the deviations of the actual values of the considered indicators of the cultural sphere development from the planned ones in this period. The conclusion is made about the expediency of using the given system of indicators for assessing the use of cultural resources as a reference and standard for a wide range of regions.
