This paper presents a methodology for analysis, modeling and forecasting of nonstationary time series (NTS) revenues from Moscow of outdoor advertising. Shows the possibility of estimation for main statistics NTS in a small sample size. Analyzed the methods of selecting the parameters for adaptive predictive models of NTS.
