Analysis of the dynamics of consumer prices’ structure for whole milk 2009-2013

Dynamics of consumer prices for whole milk is considered. The steady tendency of p the rice growth is traced. By the end of 2013 the price for 1 liter of the pasteurized milk reached 38,8 rubles. The analysis of per capita consumption testifies that as a whole about the country (229 kg/person/year) and in the Rostov region (268,8 kg/ person /year) this indicator does not reflect reality (330 kg/person/ year).
