Analysis of documentation support of management activities in the organization

The article considers the process of documentary support of management activities. An algorithm for working with documents is defined, the stages of document circulation and management at each of them are analyzed. The authors identified the main shortcomings of documentation support in the organization. The necessity of creating an electronic archive to improve documentation support is substantiated, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of management processes, while predicting a reduction in the time for processing documents and the load on specialists in the documentation support service.
