Analysis of debt financing budget deficits subjects of the Volga federal district of the Russian Federation

This article analyzes the debt financing of the Russian Federation budget deficit by the example of subjects of the Volga Federal District. The article describes the structure and analysis of debt financing sources for each subject of the Volga Federal District of the regional budget deficits. Analysis of the volume of attracted funds to finance the budget deficit from the borrowed sources revealed that on average, the regions of the Volga Federal District attracted an average of 70-75% of the borrowed funds.
