Assumptions analysis of the CVP-model

This article deals with the problems of CVP-model application in industry. The author proves that the results got by the model are not satisfactory to realize managerial functions correctly. The conditions under which the enterprises work do not correlate to the assumptions the model deal with. In the article the author suggests the new ways to improve the methods of calculating the model's indicators.
