In this paper, an empirical analysis is carried out on the basis of a sample of companies, the results of which draw conclusions regarding the influence of factors that influence the capital structure of Russian companies. Based on the evaluation of the panel data, it was confirmed that behavioral factors can directly affect the capital structure.
