Analysis of factors of the external and internal environment for AU «Technopark-Mordovia» on the basis of GOST R ISO 9001-2015

The article presents an analysis of the factors of the external and internal environment, carried out on the example of a technology park in accordance with the provisions of the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 standard. The list of studied factors is presented, their influence is assessed using the SWOT-analysis method. The results of the activity of the technopark are considered from the standpoint of their impact on the main stakeholders. It is shown that the requirements of the standard guide organizations to correctly understand their environment, reasonably set and implement strategic goals.
