In article results of the analysis of implementation the programs of drugs provision of federal and regional (territorial) privilege-recipients in Samara oblast are considered. The structure of expenses is analyzed. The main expensive nosologies and category of privilege-recipients financed by means of federal and regional budgets are allocated.
