The study is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of complex rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebrovascular accident (ACD) using the AngioScan diagnostic device to assess the dynamics of the main parameters of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems. The paper analyzes the data obtained before and after the rehabilitation course, which includes physical therapy, mechanotherapy, therapeutic massage and breathing exercises. The study involved patients aged 55-65 years in the early period of rehabilitation after cancer. The following parameters were used to assess the functional state of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems: vascular growth, pulse wave type, vascular stiffness, stress index, and blood oxygen saturation level. The data obtained showed that before rehabilitation, all patients had significant deviations from the reference values. After the rehabilitation course, positive dynamics was noted for all of them. The AngioScan device has demonstrated a high diagnostic value for an objective assessment of the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures for people who have had ACD.
