Analysis of the functioning of the mechanism of customs protection of intellectual property objects

In the modern world, the state of Russia's economic potential is influenced by the level of protection of intellectual property objects, since, according to some estimates, about 2/3 of world trade falls on intellectual property objects. The article presents the main elements of the intellectual property protection mechanism, as well as an analysis of these indicators in dynamics over 3 years. In conclusion, the conclusions on the work done are presented.
