In this article the homogeneous model of distributed call center. Optimal operation of the center is to provide the lowest possible average waiting time of calls in queue, which requires all incoming redistribute the load among various service centers that are part of the distributed call centers. A method for the distribution of arriving at the call center load to minimize the average waiting time of service calls in a distributed call center. Is an example of load distribution for 4-node homogeneous distribution of the call center.
