Analysis of public policy concerning support and stimulation of innovation activity in Russia

In the paper the analysis of the State policy directed at stimulation and support of innovations in Russia is given. The concept and the structure of the National Innovation System (NYS) are defined. The basic machinery State participation in favorable innovation climate creation are investigated. The perspective directions of the national innovation system development are determined.
