The article discusses the EY's HR strategy. Factors affecting the success of the company as a whole, depending on the HR principles, are given. The company's existing internal procedures are analyzed, their impact on the result of operations are assessed, and the main problems of EY related to personnel management are identified and systematized. Measures to solve these problems based on the experience of other companies are formulated.
